Our first small batch reserve is a certified organic Sumatra from the family farms of the Gayo Lauser Antara cooperative. Each fruit is hand picked then naturally dried on raised beds to ripen and obtain the ultimate profile of the bean. When brewed pour over there are opening tasting notes of sweet and citrusy tamarind, juicy watermelon, and pineapple. Brewing for espresso brings out the bold smokey complexes of the roast with hints of bourbon and sweet basil.
Reserves are only available while supplies last and are not available for subscriptions. Coffee bag and valve are fully home compostable.
